Credr wil provide you good salary package when you'll join but that's just a trap,they will not provide you any document of onboarding employee. They won't provide you salary on time & best part is they can wind up there business over night. You'll not get any notification officially not even you'll get your salary, don't ever expect any compensation.

CredR work culture is too tipical. They don't have any Work ethics at all. Market reputation is too low,no one will consider you if you're from credR. Better to sit at home instead of joining this company, I'm serious believe me.

No balance, no flexibility, no fredom of speech, if you take your own decision, they will create problem without any reason, and this is because of Ceo of the company, he is worst in management, decision skill is zero, he made good running company to bad situation, they don't have money to py salary now.

Company supports employee till the time employee works with company.

Dislikes

Cheating their employees once they leave. They don't give full and final amount to the employees. They don't answer calls from ex employees and don't reply to the emails.
