I would love dislike the timing its started from 9 to 7 which is not good for our health sometime I suffer very critical situation just because of the timing

Worst culture, only target driven environment no appreciation no hike in salary... Discrimination in pay, for the same role your team members might be getting high salary and you will be getting less even if you deliver more output month on month. Hate working here... Only if you are having no other option then only work here.

Job Security? ZERO. They might ask you to leave any day. They demotivate you to carry on with your higher studies parallely. The floor is always talking about collections. The work pressure is such that even when you are at home you keep thinking about the collection numbers and in return all you get is your basic pay with little or no incentives at all. In short, the title of Analyst is just a myth and whole day will be spent making outbound calls asking the defaulters to repay their debts. The most important part is if you are over qualified for your job role the management will push you down and force you to believe that the only thing you are worth of is what they make you do whole day. Lastly, Growth? ZERO

In the time of pandemic where other company employees are facing job issues our company is providing full support in terms of job security.. work culture is also very nice . Company policies are also good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I think it as a different type of job like analyst, salary as well was good but it was over all a typical collection agency

Job security is zero, they will tell you not to come next day and will be like a surprise for you.
