They changes process too frequently, no management at all only they want target which is unachieveable, you can achieve target if there is stability and connection with customer but they change process/portfolio and do lot of experiments with employee which impacts mental health

This company has no policies no management. There's no growth what all they seek is collection and what higher management does is they snatch your payment. It's like analyst convince the customer then by saying anything useless team leader or managers they just upload it from their portal so earn incentives. what the hell is this.. guys m telling you donot join this company it will be totally waste of time....Read More

There are no hr policy nothing .. they will ask you for recovery if you resign with in the probation period. And they give you ultimatum for the recovery though. And yeah it is not applicable for everyone it's there choice to whom they will ask money for .. this is there hr policies like
