Good work environment and culture.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

After starting retail financial services company is growth is good, company shares also increased, the culture of company is awesome employees can easily balance there work and personal life.

Dislikes

Drawback is salary and incentives to entry level employees are too low, appraisal time is too long they I'll take around 60 days to finalize the appraisal.

A great place to work. Amazing culture. Seniors are very helpful and Humble. Everyone is supportive. Appraisal is the best part as every year we get good bonus and hike. Work life balance is great

...24*7 working day, they won't leave for any holiday and at all. This is very bad. And one more thing salary is very low compared to other small mfi.
