Work life balance not good You are expected to work long hours without extra compensation or any time back just because you sign 24*7 contract Manager expectations to come to office Then go home and attend more calls And provide extra on call assistance on weekend also. HR policies for name sake All final decision is on manager When you raise query about your rating or compensation hike HR and manager play ping pong Both keep blaming each other HR say manager decide Manager say HR policies

But yeah as an organisation CS WAS a best bank, as you must be knowing that it is acquired bu UBS due to again too level politics which ruin so many employees career.
