While entering this organisation try to negotiate for better position and salary, once you are in you should be very lucky to have growth in this organisation. Really poor in giving growth opportunities to its employees.

Work culture is pretty much awesome, everybody gets good piece of work. People will get a chance to own their responsibilities and design the solution the way they want. Company policies are very flexible in terms of how you work. I felt secure in terms of the job security, company provides good environment to work in the international standards. My manager was very much helpful and supportive in my work tenure. Colleagues in the team were also supportive when required. Would recommend to join UBS.

HR policies can be improved when anybody is leaving UBS just because of the compensation, then HR team should think on their policies to retain that employee.

No micro management, the managers are fine as far as you are doing your work. Also, no fuss over working from home, the firm was quite swift with switching to WFH when the pandemic hit.

Despite having strong quarterly results back to back, the compensation given was not up to the mark for 2020 and 2021.
