1. Salary below industry standard. 2. Unrealisticly low salary hike. 3. Low OT rates. 4. HR policies, Leave policies. 5. Management's role w.r.t work. 6. No hybrid work model. 7. Working Saturday's.

Only person with year count has no skill are preferred for any advantages, else freshers with demanding skillset employees are not given chances to grow both. Very bad management at hierarchy level.
