The job culture was good, the salary came on time, leaves were granted, they understood family emergencies, and luckily, the manager was good.

There is no job security, the HOD was not good, there is a lot of office politics, they made us work overtime, and we had to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well.

Honestly it's only the salary that almost all employees of Credilio like, nothing more and above it.

The culture & environment is toxic and i mean it. Not mentioning this only for the sake of doing it. The HR head & Training head claims she has handled Training & HR before but honestly she does not know what Training KPIs and KRAs are. She does not know what throughput means but yet claims to know in and out of Training. No matter what initiatives or ideas you come up with from Training standpoint, you'll always be shut down. Too much of office politics. Credilio will ensure to torture, demotivate, demoralize, dominate, make you feel incapable of everything, destroy your self confidence and moreover ruin your image before the senior management. You'll be thrown under the bus every second day and answerable for questions that are to be answered by other departments. You'll be hired as a Training Manager, however you'll have nothing to learn and grow. The only role and responsibility you'll have is to deliver trainings, and share attendance with stakeholders, that's it, nothing more than this. Credilio claims that they're employee centric but infact they're not. They hire and fire employees to ruin their career. The average tenure of a team member in the training dept in Credilio is maximum 6.5 months. 5-6 employees from Training Dept have quit in the past 3 years, none stable. Only reason is the work culture, toxic environment. Work hours are 10am-7pm, however leaving at 7pm will be termed as an inefficient and unprofessional employee. To prove you work hard, to showcase your professionalism you need to stretch until 8pm daily. Paid leaves have been cut down for 2024 calendar year as compared to previous year. No SLs for this year. Festive holidays have been reduced by 50% as compared to previous year.

Good Fintech Company to work and grow your skills in your respective domain. Sea full of opportunities given by seniors. Talents are recognised and awarded. All HODs are supportive, approachable and have care for their respective team members. Leaves are never left unapproved. Overall a Friendly work culture. Good and Understanding boss.

Nothing at all

Dislikes

The company is struggling horribly. The management are like kids in a candy shop. Trying random flavors of management styles and methodologies. The top brass is hollow in their planning or vision. There is no job security, no appraisals, sub standard product and highly toxic and political environment. Would never recommend them for anything.

Culture is friendly, colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

No Job Security, way too over burdened by work, sometimes make you work even in mid-nights, weekends without any compensation. Time flexibility is not there. while they expect you to work overtime.
