The job culture was good, the salary came on time, leaves were granted, they understood family emergencies, and luckily, the manager was good.

Dislikes

There is no job security, the HOD was not good, there is a lot of office politics, they made us work overtime, and we had to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well.

Culture is friendly, colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

No Job Security, way too over burdened by work, sometimes make you work even in mid-nights, weekends without any compensation. Time flexibility is not there. while they expect you to work overtime.

I had an amazing experience with credilio . While we work together we feel like we were in a battle . I had a growth of both personally and professionally . If any one are looking to work at a good place I would suggest this company .

No organization is bad but the reputation of the company is made by there working ethics and there employees. Senior management should not harrace there emplpyees by creating the worst working culture.

Dislikes

Working culture is too bad, use of abusive language for employees in meetings is extreamly not ethical,there is no realization of market situation at ground level.No strategy at all, tendency is only to create extreme pressure on employees.
