No job security. Only CEO and 1/2 managers are knowledgeable. Not professional company, changes norms and policies according to company benefits. Bad work culture and environment. Forget work-life balance, bad management from team lead and managers , employees work overnight. Generally, according to norms confirmation duration is 6 months and appraisal is happened 6 month after confirmation but in reality they don't give confirmation in 6 months some of employee got confirm after 12,14,16 months. Company put bond at time of hr discussion only and have compulsory bond of 1,2 and 3 years. Having more politics. Most of team lead and manager are not knowledgeable. No career growth. Company not provide any facilities they just want to finish work. Manager and team lead not follow the commitment.

... probation period completion they will force to complete 2 months notice period.also hold employees salary if there ego get hurt.very dishonest about policy.

HR team only... They don't have any power to hire or fire or salary nego. Only they are Coming to office to get their salary and Good for nothing.

Their is nothing you like in this company, only if you are lucky enough then you will get few senior employees support. They also tell you leave this company as early as possible.
