Some superiors are not supportive and also abusive towards employees. QA Head is highly unsupportive and misuses his power and boasts his work experience, though he has limited knowledge of the subject. He doesn't intend to share his knowledge with juniors in order to maintain his job security and monopoly in the organisation. He always speaks in an unprofessional and unethical manner towards his juniors and treats them as if they are his servants. He doesn't give respect to his subordinates and expects that they should obey him which in itself is not possible. I recommend nobody should join this company as he/she would not like to grow his/her career in such a toxic work environment.

These people are very expert in tricking you,If you go there you will only learn such politics.

These people will show off in front of you and talk nice, later they talk behind your back.such politics person here which are playing a very good game.There are all bad people ...from bottom to top.Never work in such a company... your career will be ruined.
