Nothing its just a total mess.

Dislikes

Some superiors are not supportive and also abusive towards employees. QA Head is highly unsupportive and misuses his power and boasts his work experience, though he has limited knowledge of the subject. He doesn't intend to share his knowledge with juniors in order to maintain his job security and monopoly in the organisation. He always speaks in an unprofessional and unethical manner towards his juniors and treats them as if they are his servants. He doesn't give respect to his subordinates and expects that they should obey him which in itself is not possible. I recommend nobody should join this company as he/she would not like to grow his/her career in such a toxic work environment.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
