For the past two years, I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the Credence team. Its an outstanding organization to be affiliated with. The company fosters a culture that rewards merit and promotes the growth of deserving candidates. It has come to my attention that there are a few negative reviews posted by a single individual and a relative of theirs, whom were dismissed due to performance related issues. Credence upholds a work enviornment that is stable, professional and inbued with a profound sense of respect.

I do not dislike anything about the company.

Likes

This company's environment is like a hell. Here are 2 person named director Mr Anuj dagar and manager Mr Amit jhaa. These 2 person are too unprofessional and have no sense to speak with employee and how treat to their employees. They think that they are god of every employee. If you are not spooning to these two people you can't stay in this company for a while. You will think like I have come in hell.

Dislikes

Totally bad and wrost. They both have made a policy and plan to disturb you that if you are not spooning to Amit and Anuj they will tourcher you first then they will insult you at front of every employee that you have done mistake but you are innocent in actual. Then will find a unlogical and non-sense reason and then fire you even you have not done any mistakes or even unaware from this planing. There are many employees have made a group in which these persons comes named khayati goel, saumy, Ramesh ekansh ekansh is the leader of these people and the Anuj and Amit are head of these. These employees are so infinite than a snake.

There are many great things in our company. To start with, our work culture and company's infrastructure. Our team members are great who respect each other, give chances to everyone and company has invested a lot in providing good infrastructure and working environment. The company is headed by a young director who is not reluctant in adopting new suggestions. He always listen to our ideas and gives us freedom to implement them.

Dislikes

Honestly, there is nothing that we do not like about our company. Our team members are great, working culture is awesome. HR and management has formulated best appraisal, leave, maternity and other company policies that are employee friendly.

Likes

Its a creative company, the work culture is amazing. I have to work with International clients. I am very happy with the Director's attitude with the staff members. Overall a nice place to work.

Dislikes

There is nothing to complain about. Our director is always ready for new changes to overcome the issues.
