To be honest, one gets a lot to learn here. The colleagues here are very helpful. One would get a robust amount of exposure here. Company will always encourage you to upgrade yourselves. Once you have worked in Credenca you can work on any project easily. Even if you are not on any project, the company won’t fire you for no reason.

Dislikes

Salary and compensation is one of the most important con. They offer salaries less than industry standards. Work life balance is inclined towards lesser side because they always work on strict timelines. Another thing is some managers only work with micro-management and toxicity (if you can handle it, then it is fine)
