The people, haven’t met the loveliest bunch of people ever. They have a very employee centric relationship. They have free food in the cafeteria… The founders are super approachable and friendly.

Growth in terms of salary, profile betterment.

Nothing good for this company ,they will give you good salary and once work done they will terminate you. Just the same way as removing fly from milk.

Dislikes

No HR policy , nothing worst work life balance , higher management worst ,just few upper management running the company and you will feel like what the hell going on, if you have given yours 1000% and still they will not praise you. Worst HR and there Policy. Never join this company no job security.

It used to be a good company, now they have changed all policies, no wfh. They expect you to deliver high quality work without offering the corresponding title or any recognition. Nothing is good here.

Dislikes

There's no job security, no recognition for the work you do, they expect you to work on weekends as well. They'll hire you get there work done, and ask you to leave without any prior notice. They had laid off many people. Appraisals are disappointing, with no recognition, no matter how hard you have worked for them they doesn't care.

Nice company with professional work atmosphere. Employee centric company. Good work life balance No hierarchy with easy reachability to promoters.

Dislikes

Hike and promotions are not upto market standards. However, this might be a temporary phenomenon.

Very party culture, it's a hobby assignment for the promoters, hence they are not serious about growing.

Dislikes

No job security. Very poor leadership. SLTs have their own agendas and everyone is working to save their own skin.
