Here I am working since 2022 and I am really happy with the work culture and woke king environment of the organisation. Very supportive seniors and good place to grow your knowledge means.

Dislikes

As we know, every place have some best things and lil bit misliking also, so here i face some issue with the work from home culture even in urgencies there is no provision of WFH.

This organization has a very toxic environment and poor workplace culture. The seniors in this organization are not helpful to colleagues, and the owner is a very selfish person. The organization's biggest disadvantage is that its working culture is like a school-type management system. Additionally, the organization hires a large number of freshers and sometimes dismisses people without any notice or proper process.

I have mailed to Mr. prasnat (HR) as per the request of the company owner but there was no reply from there not did I receive my money. This company should be closed which eats the money of employees.
