If your target not completed they will cut your salary Company is in loss these people cut 30% salary I don't know why people are staying in PG and having below salary Guys you have to work like BPO and still work in catalogue production but if you did mistake you will be scolded by Swati

Salary part is good that's fixed. Very rare chances in deduction. Job role was good / easy.

Toxic work culture. Few uneducated are ruling the company. They are working there for 15-20 years. They don't have single skill to get a new job thats why they are here. Only 1 skill they have that's shouting. Hr seems like receptionist. She dont have any info or power to take your side. She will take your side on call. In front of the management she become a gadhi and behave like the same. If you don't have any self respect or huge tolerance level then you can survive otherwise not. Dark politics are always going on. Managers have their chatu emp to save. Place is full of Unprofessional idiots.

All The work environment is very disgusting. They are deducting the salary of employees. The main problem is that working starts at 9 am and there is no end for shift. if u work for more than 12 hrs continuously then only u ll be marked as present else absent. Also no one know how they are calculating the working hours, someday if u work for 1 to 2 hrs, system will show 6 hrs and whenever u work for more than 7 to 8 hrs system will show 4 hrs. Pathetic management. No career growth

...oori' that means labor like a donkey. Here, they treat you exactly the same way. Every day they will threaten you of your salary deduction. You will work the whole 10 hours without taking any lunch break & at the end of the day, they will mark you half day. If you resist they will make sure that you will never get your salary and terminate you without any reason. The top management is supporting all this bull shit & will never intervene. They didn't provide you PF which is mandatory in every company. They didn't provide you a payslip as well. You will get a deducted salary on the 7th of every month & if you want to leave the job they will never pay you the salary of 7 days. They are hiring continuously because people leave continuously. A bunch of kids aging between 23 to 27 is leading the entire team as manager or assistant manager. They will also provide you a promotion easily but that promotion includes 12 hours of work, a bundle of extra responsibilities with the same salary on which they hire you i.e. in between 14 to 18 k. They will use you until you leave the job. They never want you to be rich or financially stable. They have nothing with your growth. If you are going to join there, make sure that you only do your responsibilities, never take any extra responsibilities because it wasn't worth it. Hope this will help you. Thank You.
