Nothing tbh.

Dislikes

They boast about their work culture but don't follow anything in real. They offer you offshore contracts which have no job security. They will fire you for no reason. Nobody in the office knows the work, they just bluff and lie. Nobody takes responsibility of their work. Absolutely no hikes, no promotions. Won't recommend to anyone.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
