Company dedicated the salary of employees mistakes. In corona 30% salary dedicated continue till 7 months and still not return. Even Company was working to make ppe kit in corona time period.

...panies has production so many down and workers has terminated within the second.but the joining time salary is good, after the joining salary has low down.

In my 23 years of service, I worked 8 years with a Chartedred Firm, 8 Years with Alok Industries Ltd, 5 Years with Birla Century BUT can not work one year in Creative Textiles Mills Pvt. Ltd.... I will not recommend to anyone and no one should join unless they have any other option.

Nothing is good in this company in terms of job security, career growth, work culture, management, salary and so on.......
