My journey with CSG started as an Project Manager in the year 2017. Since then I have had an excellent carrier growth with promotions and Salary hikes on par with the Industry standards. I had an opportunity to work and interact with my US customers both at Onsite and Offshore facility. The CREATIVE Management is very transparent in dealing with their employees. I received the CREATIVE Award for the Outstanding performance in the Year 2021. With the increase in the customer base and the additional of new verticals like the Digital Technology and the Embedded services, I happy to see my growth along with my organization. All the above factors Enthuse me to work at Creative Synergies Group

It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

Dislikes

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

In terms of salary, this company is quite fair. Additionally, they cover travel expenses and offer additional benefits when you're assigned to client locations, which is a nice perk.

One drawback is that if you don't perform well consistently, they may assign you to support projects.

I am very satisfied with my work, considering the field is intensive even for the ones who’ve been in the industry for so long. My colleagues are the most professional people I’ve met.
