It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

Dislikes

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

This company offers a multitude of work opportunities, which is great for employees looking to expand their skills and experiences.

Dislikes

One downside is that since they hire many fresh college graduates, the base pay tends to be lower compared to competitors.

As a fresher, it is a good start while you can expect much compensation if you stick around for 3 years in the company for better packages as per experience

Less skill development and for youth learning and growth scope is less

While CSG offers competitive salaries and benefits, some employees may feel that their compensation is not commensurate with their experience or level expertise.

It has plethora of work Opportunities. It instills the attitude of continuous learning in employees and rewards for it. It has provided courses from variety of platforms.

Dislikes

Since it hires freshers, many of them are college graduates, the base pay is less when compared to competitors. And this small pay reflects on the employees even with experience.
