I've worked in Creative Max Studios for 2 years from 2016 July to 2018 July, I found a friendly environment. I came here as a fresher with basic knowledge of PHP, after coming here, I learnt the designing, more ways to do a task, learnt how to work with e-commerce solutions, and how to work with payment gateways. I have a good team here to cooperate and support in developing multiple e-commerce applications and web portals. Manager takes developers directly to the client and make them explain the flow. This is the main advantage where a developer directly can know the requirement and come to know how the client is expecting the project to be. I've gone for multiple meetings where I can find many requirements of clients and got to know how the thinking will be in the real world. In other places, some other team will take requirements and developer will only code. There may be some mis-communication, but here whatever the project I've done, that is with direct requirement gathering from client.

This is not a con, my personal experience. If you have basic knowledge and good programming skills in web development and designing, you can go for this. In every office, there will be seniors who can help you in your work. In your work only you have to learn something. If you have no skill, you will waste their time also. So please go with some skill.
