The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that civil industry reliable, High-Safety, High-Quality & Completion of time duration the Indian and MNC client base. As a result, I get to travel many states in India, especially in Goa.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various part of India, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Worked as a sole and heart of the project management, procurement and construction cycle and implementation of MSP driven project and the engineers trying their best to keep up with slight floats was comforted for me

Project based company. If no projects, it's hard to spend time since day goes by and insecurity abt job inculcates.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
