There is nothing to like about this company and the downfall of this company is due to CEO himself. He started this company with a great zeel but lost his path in middle and now he just threatens and humiliates every employee. Initially he will try to make a bond which is good but later in a month or two he himself starts cornering. The only good thing I liked while working was, the people/employees who used to worked there were having good skills sets.

Dislikes

Teammates are good but need to know about domain else it is very very very difficult to even sustain a month in this company as no training will be given. There is a great opportunity of innovation and new ideas but need to go for permission to CEO as he is whole and soul of the company. Too much micro management is involved here.

Dislikes

Pathetic work environment, no job security. CEO treat his employees as they are his private servants. He is suffering from some mental disorders and doesn't have control over his mind.
