At my work place I like most the environment and team participation. I like my boss(Naiyer Tanveer) I have never been seen like him in all my previous jobs . He is very polite and he is very simple and down to earth, he has a very supportive nature. He understands his all employee's problem like his problem. He always stands with the employee.

The organisation is open to innovation and adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team where I am not only a software developer but also this organistaion gives opportunity to work as a project manager also.There is a good work culture there is no boundations of any things you freely do your work in your comfort zone.In the covid-19 the orgainisation properly allow me to do my work from home there is no any decrement in our salary.
