Toxic work culture , Non - deserving managers retained due to their ability of buttering well . Work not appreciated , credit never given to the deserving employee . For years the malls reputation has been of a sad place and the people responsible are never even been questioned . Nepotism , favouritism are common in this company . Though a part of a large company like Deepak Fertilizer and Petrochemicals Ltd. - however they do not seem to introspect why creaticity has been gailing year after year . They dont really scrutinise the real performence of staff who have been failing on performenc e year after year . Fail to understand the rason why ?

I was on company payroll of deepak fertilizer which was good.

Office politics Teammates become envious about new joiness Pathetic and worst people Retail managers are good in politics They will irritate new employees so that new employee will themselves quit job. They won't appreciate employees Experience was bad Employee would loose patience because they won't support anyone. They don't want that new people should recruit in creativity. Few manager in retail of creativity don't deserve for managerial post.They might have worked earlier as staff and now they might have promoted as managers. Their behaviour was worst
