Working culture required improvement specifically in top management, you can’t expect work life balance specifically in plant locations policy are department specific not treating all departments as one team every department has there own system of working.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
