Dislikes

The workers are kind of underpaid. As a fresher, you cannot decide the appropriate salary for yourself at the interview. So you are taking whatever the company will offer. The work distribution is kind of tricky and that will build pressure. The company will expect you to work on subjects outside to your education field, which is sometimes create uncomfortable working experiences. They are also not clear about appraisals and how one can acquire it.
