Company will just look to exploit you completely, would ask you to tasks which would have not been specified, where this makes you competitive in learning different things.

It was my first company, which actually exploited the employees, where the compensation promised didn’t initially reach me, the employees were restricted in expressing themselves the CMD’s way of treating employees was pathetic, were double deductions on salary was done, by which the attrition rate is high. The company solely concentrates and looks at the welfare of the marketing department, paying them properly whereas the other departments were exploited and did not benefit to the efforts put in. There is an old employee who just verbally raises voice and creates issues, contributes to gender bias, the company looks out for people who work for a less compensation and give more to the company. They are a money launderers.

They will offer you the best salary more than that in the industry. They won't give any value for the employees.Don't trust the good words who wrote in google reviews and glass door . The employees from crazy holidays only wrote good words. Don't trust them,The hr called Mohammed Ateeq once you joined he will offer you the best things and good words. Later he will point out you in the meetings for silly reasons. The management is worst they will not even bother the value for employees.

Dislikes

They will deduct the salary for silly things. Daily they will evaluate your performance based on Grade - Excellent,Good,Satisfactory,Not Done. If they put satisfactory means half salary will be deducted.If they put not done means no salary for the day.There is no CTC for freshers they will evaluate based on grade and they will deduct salary for the day.The company is fully protected with cctv cameras with hd video and audio recording with 24*7 monitoring there is no freedom to talk also they will listen to our words because of this cameras.

its good for start ups,because as an fresher its difficult to get job in tourism industry but crazy holidays opens there door for each and every one.

... from them u have to go their home were they will be sleeping and having food. Deductions r lot like u may not take ur full salary. I have worked for six months and in that 6 months i have seen like almost 25 or more than that have left the job because of no proper management.

It is tourisam company and it provides national and international tour packages for school children and also families. good work environment and culture.our work was making payments to all bookings like bus,train , flight tkts,and also hotels, food etc. Like this we are supporting to booking teem . company policies are good.they were giving top performers awards for every month for all departments.

Here no job security. career growth is slow .
