The workplace is located in a very pleasant location, away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Senior Management is very rude towards junior member. Doesn't pay salary on time. Always cut part of our salary on stupid excuses. Doesn't pay Conveyance Fare to field staff. Work culture is very BAD.

Flexible in work, Smooth communication with colleagues, Team understanding

Dislikes

Having Office (Chennai Branch) on Odd Saturdays, whereas all other branches having leave on all Saturdays. Couldn't reach HR directly to inform any pandemic situations. Company is good but the people who are in management putting employees in over time and risks during pandemics situations for their own appreciations.

To be honest there is nothing likeable about the company. So I don't have much to say

Dislikes

Most of the things from work environment to biased work culture. Total disregard for employee growth and skill development. Everyone I know is struggling to find a job after leaving Crayons Advertising.

The office premise is beautiful and look is very calming.

Dislikes

The office and the work culture is really very bad.! Almost everyday will be a late night and there would be no sense of female security when it comes to late nights.! Work is more important than humans and their security over here.
