The company is very good to innovation. I love the fact that I am part of team.It's very good company where you got time for learn many things about retailing independently yourself. Growth are bit seem to slow where you not will take growth gradually in your life but you sustain comfortable on same desingnation.

Dislikes

Here major problem is management are not consistent which directly affect on business and staff management. ..

When i am working in cravtex ltd. My Asm, R. M, G.M and all cravtex team are supported to me any problems. And company teamwork, supported to me. And it was good experance for me. I am a part of cravtex company. And i ready to work in this company all time. one more time to get opportunities for me

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
