SO THIS UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHY TOWARDS EMPLOYEE LACKS IN MANY PROFFESIONALS IN OUR INDUSTRY . I CAN SAY THIS BCZ I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN EVENT INDUSTRY FOR 13 YEARS AND CRAFTWORLD STANDS OUT THE BEST AMONG MANY BIG NAMES . WHAT I DONT LIKE .. UMMM .. I WOULD SAY EVERYTHING IS FINE AS FAR AS YOU WILLING TO GIVE YOUR 100% . YOU GIVE 100% , YOU GET 1000% BACK. WE HAVE PEOPLE WORKING HERE FROM 13 YEARS AND 20 YEARS ALSO .CRAFTWORLD STARTED 20 YEARS BACK SO PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO WORK N GROW , THEY ARE WITH COMPANY SINCE IT STARTED .

...nd conditions in his offer letter where the director can penalize the employees. If you make a simple mistake, he deducts 20 to 30% of your salary as penalty every month. Your gratuity is deducted from your salary but no one gets it. Every employee working there is a slave in the eyes of the director. He treats all the employees equally.

Day 3 after joining this company HR asked me about completing targets. No training, No skills development, No KRA and you need to stretch every day atleast 2 to 3 hrs stretch daily.

Highly not recommend company. Trust me dear all don't join this company and never ever think to join they will will make your life hell.. It's better to begging money but don't join this organizations
