The director of the company Mr.Manoj Mahla loves to play with the career of employees, abusing or using foul languages to employees, it’s a jail..below negative comments are 100% right…I have myself witnessed that how he treated his few of the employees whether it was HR female employee, Sales Employee or Operation employee or administrative employee very very badly he treated them…shall connect them and ask them I don’t know why they kept quiet, they should have connected labour laws for sure… I left from the company very instantly seeing his nature & mad behaviour for me & his employees, he thinks that he has purchased them and can treat them anyway his wants. Deduction of salary, hiring or firing of employees is his best hobby.....Read More

The company director is the worst personality. He threatened to beat up all the employees. He doesn't even spare the girls. He also abuses them. He doesn't listen to anyone. If you face any problem in your work and there is delay in that work, he doesn't listen to you. There are no terms and conditions in his offer letter where the director can penalize the employees. If you make a simple mistake, he deducts 20 to 30% of your salary as penalty every month. Your gratuity is deducted from your salary but no one gets it. Every employee working there is a slave in the eyes of the director. He treats all the employees equally....Read More
