Worlds most horrible organisation to work with. Owner is completely cynical and has no vision. Also uses lot of foul language. Very dominant if culture. It is better not to work then to join this organisation. Has no business or ther than body shopping. Owner has his own mood swings and behaves unpredictable. The company is of only 2people one HR and second Owner. Total time waste.

They no good relations with SAP AE. Owner things he is the king of world and behaves in that way. No internal support for sales team they have no pre sales team. No business in SAP.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
