It wasn't a good experience working at Crack Verbal. The proprietors Arun Jagannathan and his wife Shree are not good employers to work for. First of all they don't give you a clear picture about your job responsibilities. Once you join, they are very sweet to you at the outset, promising you that you will have additional staff to help you out for the responsibilities given to you, but all that is a farce , they make you do jobs for which at least three members are required. They show their true color very quickly and start piling you with all sorts of jobs(jobs which were not included in your job profile). If you complain about this, they say that there will be a cut on your paycheck , if you refuse to comply. So, when I decided to resign hearing this ,they tried to harass me in every possible way by trying to withhold my dues. Forget about helping staff during this pandemic they are busy torturing their staff so that they quit and go. Finally with a lot of follow up I managed to get my dues. Those who want to join Crack Verbal should join at his/her own risk.
