There is nothing to Like. My suggestion is that make this college to your Last option.

Dislikes

They don't give you salary on time, every month you have to begging to senior authorities for your salary and i have a proff of that. They give you 22-24 lecture work load in a week/5days, on Saturday they took others work. They took work from you of a two- three people. They took work from you as a Assistant Professor, as Cleark even as a telecaller. They give only one CL in every month. In a last my suggestion is to you don't apply in this college if you don't have any other options then also think twice before join this college.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
