Good work environment and friendly culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I really appreciated the supportive team environment at CPI Data Services. The collaborative atmosphere helped me grow as a professional, and I enjoyed working on the healthcare project, which gave me a deeper understanding of process management. The experience strengthened my communication skills and attention to detail, which are critical for success in any role.

Dislikes

While I appreciated my time at CPI Data Services and gained valuable experience, I sometimes felt that the scope for learning new skills outside my assigned role was limited. I am looking for a role that offers more opportunities for growth, continuous learning, and professional development.

It's very good. A part of that company experience is learnable and lots of supporting form my all colleague and Team leader and manager.. I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning.

I don't dislike anything about Cpi.. Overall i am that part of that company

In my every employee is good to move to every friendly and they helps each other in process. Training is very easy to understand everyone. there is no politics in the team. very average salary.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
