Good work environment and friendly culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I really appreciated the supportive team environment at CPI Data Services. The collaborative atmosphere helped me grow as a professional, and I enjoyed working on the healthcare project, which gave me a deeper understanding of process management. It's very good. A part of that company experience is learnable and lots of supporting form my all colleague and Team leader and manager.. I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning.

I don't dislike anything about Cpi.. Overall i am that part of that company

In my every employee is good to move to every friendly and they helps each other in process. Training is very easy to understand everyone. there is no politics in the team. very average salary.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
