Work-life balance is good. Salary is also good, best in the domain. I am not sure now as since Clarivate took over, but CPA really helped in skill development and learning.

Dislikes

The company culture varies from team to team. One might have a good working environment/culture other team might not. But, overall people and teams are very supportive and helpful, giving good working vibes.

The working environment and the flexibility. And the ample leaves we have.

Dislikes

...enure or designation. I think there should be a slab at every level/designation. Which will help the old employee's salary to cop up with the new people hired at a huge package. Which won't force the old employee's to leave the firm due to less package.

...en you make them work with bcom and BA graduates.. law is a professional degree. Plus, they pay you in pennies. Not much salary hike. They manhandle your data and by the end of the quater they don't pay you the variable amount you deserve. Overall, CPA global is for below average crowd with general degrees and no work profile, for the people who can't find job anywhere. If you want to have a career, don't join this company. With below average crowd you will lose your knowledge and your talent will be wasted.

Total work from home, timely pay out, reimbursing internet expenses, leave as and when required, project allocation time adjustments

Dislikes

Actual talent is not recognized sometimes. Old is not always gold and should not be a supreme factor. Jobs security decreases as you grow here or grow old here. Projects are very granular and highly client dependent, and hence at risk often.

Excellent place to work. If it was in hyderabad, I would not leave it for a lifetime.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Everything perfect. A very small thing, salary should be a little higher considering the living cost in Delhi, for a non localite.
