Freedom. Once a work is given, management almost always gives enough space to work it out in my own way. Even though there are deadlines and regular reviews of the work, most of the time I was free to apply my mind and finish the work my way.

yearly leaves,free transport,my overall experience there is no positives in this company

heavy politics,salary is very less,job security is very less.12 to 14 hrs shift when producton is high.no proper timing.

Good and supportive managers,some good and bad person around you,two days leave policy is good, company growth incentive policy.

Dislikes

Overtime culture is bad, nepotism,no overtime paid, focus only on sales so only focus on sales person growth rest have taken minimal appraisal

Here it doesn't have Engineering Departments Like IE (Industrial Engineer), PE(process Engineer), and Test(Test Engineer) so in my point of view here need, presence of this departments.

Good place as I learned more and apply appropriately . Good experience to work on a busy motor way services where you meet different people every day . I used to enjoy free meal everyday and can not forget complementary hotel stay on holidays.

CP Plus reviews. ... great working environment and people to look forward to ... Do not even think about this company.
