Freedom. Once a work is given, management almost always gives enough space to work it out in my own way. Even though there are deadlines and regular reviews of the work, most of the time I was free to apply my mind and finish the work my way.

heavy politics,salary is very less,job security is very less.12 to 14 hrs shift when producton is high.no proper timing.

Here it doesn't have Engineering Departments Like IE (Industrial Engineer), PE(process Engineer), and Test(Test Engineer) so in my point of view here need, presence of this departments.

Good place as I learned more and apply appropriately . Good experience to work on a busy motor way services where you meet different people every day . I used to enjoy free meal everyday and can not forget complementary hotel stay on holidays.

Here work culture is very bad. you can't say this is a company. It is like a distribution point. There No any policy and plan in the company.

Here works culture are very bad. Here There are no any policy . No any value of employees in this company. They behave like day to day workers. There is no any support given by senior and company management. I always suggest please don't join this company in any situation of like. I think every bad situation of my life is better then to join this company. I have very bad experience about this company. No any employees are satisfied with this company culture.
