The previous co-ordinators were very caring and used to think about each of the teacher’s professional development. Not sure about now.

Dislikes

Job security is the lowest I must have ever seen. No PF or medical insurance. Salary deduction for insane reasons. Management is highly volatile in nature. There is no permanent job, all contractual.

... no fix plan the heads are rude and they love to take fresesher to exploit them.they pay much below the market rate. You have to work after school hours.

It's the worst place I have ever worked in. No planning, no clarification on policies . No proper pay. Job security is zero .

...and thus execution is full of tensions. No proper communication to the teachers. Pay scale is too low and policies are worst

It provides the infrastructure of a building and basic technological facilities. The Cambridge curriculum exposure is perfect for educators who enjoy juggling endless tasks and documents and receiving little support from the highly qualified top management.

Dislikes

Decisions are made based on the strategies of who whispers in the right ears. One has plenty of "me-time" after finishing tomorrow's tasks that were given just in the afternoon of the present day whose deadline is the evening of that same day. Educators are micromanaged by non-educators who explain the job of teaching. One works oneself to the bone while slackers collect the appreciation.

I wish I can point one good point about the school. But none exist here. Even if you use microscope , you won't find any good pointers about C.P Goenka. This organisation thought me how I should not be as an educator. Since the whole environment was filled with negativity, I learnt how negative/bad I should not be as a person and teacher.

Anything and everything. Management is worst. There are different power centers in the school. Monarchy system exist in the school. Zero respect for the teachers and best of luck for the people still working in this organization. God save their soul. All the teachers are dead soul like me (once upon a time)
