New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...y will show u wrong picture and later throw u out. lot of politics and grouping. they will also not clear last salary. hr meenakshi is worst. she will not pick up phone when there is anything related with full and final settlement. they will call to office multiple times for the same and say f&f will be done tomorrow, day after ....

only grouping and politics, they do not want any new come to join or prove themselves. seniors will take credit for good work and if anuthing goes wrong they will smartly put blame on new joinee. too much of grouping n mumbai and delhi office.

They kicked us out also not gotten a single amount of salary non suportive.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Everything they kick you out give you fake promises after you leave you get the salary and doesn't give you salary for 3 months and then ask you to fill numerous forms and then you get nothing.

I don't believe again king academy because of I pay 1000 thousand rupees for tshirt 👕 but it's goes 3 or half month and I haven't received my tshirt,I call him more and more time but he was not responding me 😔😭

My all over experience was good in cox and kings, our colleagues attitude was good, company atmosphere was good. Leave criteria and medical facilities were nice.
