Overall ambiance is good just like any other coworking

High Politics is there and the company is not doing well financially. This results in late payment of Salary and often after two months. Not worth joining as there is no growth and the promises they make during hiring are all FALSE & FAKE

CoWrks is a very nice place to work for on an overall basis. They do take care of employees in terms of compensation by paying employees after looking into the employees experience and the requirements of the job being offered. I strongly suggest prospective candidates to apply and bag an offer with CoWrks which will add value to their CV.

The people are really good, we can learn a lot.

when company says flat organization it should be like that but whereas it is totally different when it comes to real and why there's lot of approvals, and why there is the company lagging in lot of things when other players offer lot of products we are stuck with limited products and ultimately sticking with unnecessary and inflexible policies.

This is an harassment company and no value to personal life. No professionalism. Only bucket holder can servive in this company. Worst management. Specially no growth for IT professionals. Just stay away from this LALA company

This is a LALA company. Don't waste your time and energy. No value to human. This is bunch of jokers who don't know what happening outside the world. This is run by North Indian and full discrimination against South people. This company is highly corrupt. HR department is the most worst dept.

Organization is growing, but employees in IT are overloaded which affecting work life balance. Work is highly unorganised and need better management approach.

Very poor work life balance, not much personal growth.
