Toxic leadership, favouritism, unrealistic deadlines created anxiety based environment. Employees were treated disposable with no regard to mental health, growth or respect. Poor planning, humiliating feedbacks, and no support from managers made each day a struggle. Avoid if you have self respect. People there have lost it.
