The learning during the first two-three months is great as there is very minimal handholding. You become a quick learner if you're not one.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is not great. There are a lot of people very passionate about the product and the company who works anywhere from 16 - 20 hours every single day. Even if there are good results from an employee's side, the people who stay up late are the ones who are valued, and it gives immense pressure to the rest of the employees to work late as well. The average workday here would be 14 hours. It is said that new ideas are welcome, but it is actually not. If you support whatever the manager and the CEO says, they like you. If you say this company has made me a better person, this company is everything I need from my life, they like you. If you try to voice your concerns, you'll be compared to random people, which further brings down morale. So the email headline I received for writing this review was, " How is this employer supporting you through COVID times?" My answer is they don't.

A reputable company with plenty of career opportunities. The work environment is quite pleasant. The people working around are extremely supportive and are great to work along. They provide the best facilities for their employees.

Sometimes, working hours may get extended due to heavy workload.
