It was a good work environment. Their management is transparent and teammates and seniors are supportive. Company provides training every year and we get to learn more about products. Appraisals are fair and get bonus every year

...t there is lot of politics and the management doesn't recognise our hard worked. Salary is average but career growth is slow.

Pathetic management, HR makes sales calls and no one knows what’s going on. Entire management is running on whatsapp groups there are more than useless 15-20 groups buzzing all the time and you won’t be free even in your leaves or day off. Stay away as they will ask you to resign anytime.

Nothing. Worst management, works on google sheets and whats app, no work life balance, cherry on cake-it comes under Reliance so their people will always keep you on your toes in unwanted things like why registers does not have brown covers like you are in achool
