The Coventya Manegement before aquization before 2021, the management is good and job satisfaction and work life balance is very good. There is freedom about decision making and taken our opinion for decision making. There is appreciation.

After aquization by New Management in 2021, the company culture is changed and there is no trust with old & senior employees and treatment is not good. There is no clarity about future plans and no transparency.
