There is expection to work overtime without extra pay Managers control everything about you so if u are not on good terms with them can make it difficult For software developers they might like about the technology as it's only Ruby on rails Lot of internal politics and not much promotion

.... For freshers recommended can learn things. 4) They will hire you as a C2H. 5) If they hire you as a contract it takes nearly 2-3 months to get your first salary(you need to plan 2-3 months of savings if you are planning to join Coupa as a contractor.

Just resent restructuring has been happened a lot of job were gone. Company has become private by acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Benifit of share has been removed. No clarity for future plan. A lot of confusions are there
