There is expection to work overtime without extra pay Managers control everything about you so if u are not on good terms with them can make it difficult For software developers they might like about the technology as it's only Ruby on rails Lot of internal politics and not much promotion

Before acquisition everything was good. Free food, work from home. RSUs , ESPP.

Dislikes

Coupa got acquired by Thoma Bravo, after this acquisition company started layoffs. And now there is no proper roadmap for the projects. No future for the remaining employees. Now there are no RSUs, ESPP

It was great till 2022 when company used to reward and appreciate their employees but from 2023 onwards things got worst specially for F&A team.

Dislikes

The management is shrewd. The Finance and Accounting leads and managers are leeches.
